Career Assessment: Explore Your Skills and Motivations to (Re)Launch Your Professional Life!
A career assessment is a process to explore your skills, abilities, and deep motivations, aiming to define a professional project that truly inspires you. It allows you to (re)discover your skills, abilities, and motivations, enabling you to make informed decisions about your professional future. If you are questioning your professional future, finding little meaning or motivation in your current position, a career assessment is designed for you.
Understanding the process of the career assessment: accessibility, steps, and follow-up
Accessibility and Duration of the Career Assessment
Accessible at any time, the career assessment can be funded through your Personal Training Account (CPF) and/or provided by your employer. Lasting for 24 hours spread over a maximum of 3 months, it consists of 7 individual sessions with a specialized consultant and includes around ten hours of personal work.
Steps of the Career Assessment
The process is divided into several steps: an initial interview to determine your goals, a in-depth analysis of your motivations, your career, and your skills, exploration of professional paths, and the development of an action plan.
Tools such as your roadmap and your DoLquest Integral Profile are used to facilitate awareness and your journey.
Summary and Follow-up of the Career Assessment
Once the assessment is completed, a written summary is provided during the closing meeting, outlining the results and suggested directions. A follow-up meeting at 6 months is also scheduled to evaluate the progress of your action plan.
As a bonus, at the end of your assessment, we stay in touch every 15 days for 3 months to review and follow up the implementation of your professional project.
