Career Assessment: Explore Your Skills and Motivations to (Re)Launch Your Professional Life!

Steps of the Career Assessment

The process is divided into several steps: an initial interview to determine your goals, a in-depth analysis of your motivations, your career, and your skills, exploration of professional paths, and the development of an action plan.

Tools such as your roadmap and your DoLquest Integral Profile are used to facilitate awareness and your journey.

Summary and Follow-up of the Career Assessment

Once the assessment is completed, a written summary is provided during the closing meeting, outlining the results and suggested directions. A follow-up meeting at 6 months is also scheduled to evaluate the progress of your action plan.

As a bonus, at the end of your assessment, we stay in touch every 15 days for 3 months to review and follow up the implementation of your professional project.
